The Hampton Beach House is a house plan you can buy from in Australia. We fell in love with the open interior and the way they’ve decorated it. We love the rustic floors in the kitchen, particularly how they play against the art deco tiles on the back splash. And the pendant lights over the living room sofa and dining room couch are quite unique, and with an art deco flair. Notice how the chair seats at the dining room table pick up on the weave in the lights. The whole interior works well – matching the two themes. The art on the wall is rustic, yet it mixes seamlessly. And having the kitchen, the living room and dining room open to each other really gives an expansive feeling to the space. The bedroom follows the theme, mixing an art deco pattern fabric with touches like the rustic, almost shabby chic, oversize floor mirror. It can be hard to mix two separate styles – and this whole house is a fantastic example of how to do it right.
